eSubmission is developed to enable the taxpayer to submit their Monthly Alphalist of Payees(MAP) and Summary Alphalist of Withholding Tax(SAWT), Summary List of Sales, Purchases and Importations(SLSPI) attachments electronically via e-mail/web facility.  To configure Internet Browser: Click Tools > Internet Options > Programs > Email : <your desired mail program> ex. yahoo! mail

PUBLIC HEARING: The BIR will conduct a Public Hearing on November 21, 2008 (Friday), 1:30 PM at the BIR National Training Center Auditorium, BIR National Office Compound, BIR Road, Diliman, Quezon City on the following proposed Revenue Regulations (RR): Notice

"Amending further pertinent provisions of RR No. 2-98, as amended, by providing an additional item of income payment subject to Creditable Withholding Tax under Sec. 2.57.2 thereof, the interest portion of the total amount paid by distribution utilities to residential and non-residential electric consumers/customers on account of the refund of Electric Meter Deposits." more and

NO OR COMPLAINTS: Complaints on non-issuances of Official Receipts (OR) by business establishments can now be reported to the BIR through no-or-complaint@bir.gov.ph. Just e-mail the name and address of the establishment being complained of for the appropriate action of concerned BIR Office.
